    • He’s from the district, spent most of his life there, and has lived there for more than a year. Law says he needs to establish residence at least 30 days before the election. Get over it. He can run in 4th and knows it well.

      • Faking an address on a voter registration form is perjury. Kerr’s already done it twice.

Pretending to live in some guy’s spare room in Brea isn’t establishing residency.

What Kerr “knows well” is that he can get away with fraud. But he’s wrong about that.

  1. The law says you need to be a resident of a district 30 days before the election; Joe has lived in the district for well over a year. Moving within that year and filing appropriate changes to voter registration are completely legal.

But please tell me oh anonymous alleged 4th district resident — how long most someone live in a city or district before one isn’t a carpetbagger? I’m from New York — but have lived in Irvine for 20 years. Am I a carpetbagger?

Please shed your wisdom and back it up with the rule of law. Because so far, you’re not right about anything.
