KOCE and Voice of OC will be holding a LIVE election night broadcast from the Santa Ana Artists’ Village on Tuesday night. Liberal OC, Drinking Liberally – Santa Ana, and the Orange County Young Democrats will be at Memphis at the Santora to celebrate the end of the primary season, and watch the broadcast and election returns.
Here are the details:
It’s an election-night extravaganza. KOCE will be broadcasting LIVE, with interviews of candidates, politicians, and analysts on a special edition of Real Orange. Voice of OC (Orange County’s nonprofit investigative news agency) will also be providing coverage and commentary throughout the evening.
Voice of OC and KOCE are teaming-up to bring you a first for Orange County. It will allow county residents to be part of the election-night action in a live event different from anything Orange County has offered before.
Whether you are a candidate, an office-holder, or a voter, you won’t want to be left out of this election-night celebration.
When: Election night (June 8, 2010)
Time: After the polls close, until midnight
Place: The Plaza of Artists in downtown Santa AnaThe Plaza of Artists is right next to the legendary Santora Arts Building in downtown Santa Ana, on Broadway between First Street and Third Street. Memphis at the Santora, Gypsy Den, and Lola Gaspar will be open for great food and drinks at reasonable prices.
