Workers & Families Plan Rally to Stop Whitman/Fiorina

After spending nearly $100 million to buy primary victory, Whitman and Fiorina will realize California isn’t for sale

Anaheim, CA – As Republican candidates Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina launch their general election campaigns after having spent a combined $100 million to buy their respective primaries, California workers and families will rally to declare they won’t stand for Whitman and Fiorina’s plans to buy the Governor’s and Senator’s offices in a hostile corporate takeover of California.

“California is not for sale to the highest bidder. Working families reject the Whitman-Fiorina Wall Street agenda that would devastate the middle class while lining the pockets of their corporate CEO friends,” said Tefere Gebre, Executive Director, Orange County Labor Federation.
