Check this out! On The Register’s web site, we can now look at how each OC precinct voted in the Democratic and Republican Primaries. So now, we can see whether Hillary won my best friend’s neighborhood in Laguna Hills and whether Romney bested McCain in any Santa Ana precinct.
So what do you think about how OC voted? And what are you thinking about how your own precinct voted? Are you surprised at all?
Go give this map another look, and then come back and talk to us about it. Did you walk your neighborhood for a certain candidate? And if so, how successful were you? Did you make calls? If so, does the map prove your success?
I want to hear what you have to say about how your neighborhood voted. Go ahead. Make my day. Fire away! 🙂
I like checking the count to see that the final counts that left the precinct after the close of polls matches the final count the ROV has for the precinct.
Interesting- thanks! This reminded me also to go check the detailed results for my precinct. Dems were 55 (votes) for Clinton, 44 for Obama, and 10 for someone else (with 7 of those being absentee Edwards votes). It would be very interesting to know how it would have turned out in a contest with just the two frontrunner options.

No problem! Oh yes, and has the OC RoV posted precinct results yet? I’d be interested to see what the final results are for my neighborhood. So far from what I’ve seen, I think I’m quite happy. 🙂
