I just got an email that told me that the judge in the Whitacre vs. OC Central Committee denied Tim Whitacre’s motion for a temporary restraining order against the re-elect Mike Carona campaign for using the County GOP’s endorsment and that the case will not be heard until after the primary election. I’ve written about this story before HERE and HERE.
Sucks for Tim, but I’m sure he knew that the case was a long shot.
The OC Blog has this to say to Tim:
My advice to Tim: quit now before you face the possibility of the county party comes after you for attorney fees.
