After the Orange County Board of Supervisors demonstrated on Tuesday that they could not make a motion, much less a decision, on a salary to offer their choice for CEO, their Second choice for the job, Santa Barbara CEO Chandra Wallar sent the Board a letter telling them no thanks.

We’re still only hearing crickets from the Orange County Register, but Voice of OC reports today that the County Counsel’s office has sent a letter to Anaheim Councilman Jordan Brandman demanding that he either turn in the final report or issue a refund of the $24,000 that he has already been paid.
