Rep. Young Kim just won’t meet with those she represents. And she voted for Trump’s awful “Big Beautiful Bill” which cuts Medicaid, SNAP, and other program that impact CA40 voters.
The DPOC is host Rep. Eric Swalwell to a Town Hall on June 19 from 6 to 7 PM so CA40 voters can vent to someone who will listen.

In 2024, Kim spent close to $2 million to beat Joe Kerr who closed the gap considerably. There are at least five declared candidates to face Kim in 2026; only two live in the district and of the two, only one lived here in 2024. It’s going to be a fun race to watch.
