Anaheim, CA – Mayors across Senate District 34, including all of the district’s directly-elected mayors, have announced their endorsement of Avelino Valencia’s campaign for State Senate.
The diverse coalition of mayors backing Valencia includes Anaheim Mayor Ashleigh Aitken, Buena Park Mayor Joyce Ahn, Fullerton Mayor Fred Jung, Orange Mayor Dan Slater, and Santa Ana Mayor Valerie Amezcua.
Each mayor released the following statements regarding their endorsements:
“In the State Assembly, Avelino Valencia has authored important laws to fight corruption and improve transparency in government. He’s also led on issues related to education, healthcare access, and public safety. Avelino is a proud son of Anaheim, and I can’t wait to see what he accomplishes in the State Senate.”
