DNC on California Primary Results

Following the results of the California primary, DNC Chair Tom Perez released the following statement:

“California Democrats made history up and down the ballot tonight. Voters across the state are hungry for Democratic leadership, because they know Democrats will fight for the issues that keep them up at night – whether it’s finding a good-paying job, having access to quality health care, or getting an education that will open doors without the burden of massive debt.

“For far too long, California Republicans like Mimi Walters, Steve Knight, and David Valadao have made it clear that they don’t have the backs of California families. California families deserve better, and I know that our stellar candidates are ready to cross the finish line in November. The path to taking back the House runs through California, and the Democratic National Committee is ready to fight tooth and nail to elect Democrats up and down the state – including gubernatorial nominee Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom – who will fight for California’s working families.”

  1. Is “Crazy Greg” close to the edge or what?

He’s begun calling out Gregg Fritchle, which is UNBELIEVABLE, but given Greg’s delusional mind, I guess not.

His whole “He’s a Good Guy” with great signs thing is so bizarre, I have to wonder if they locked up the medicine cabinet and locked the pool gate on Steele Lane. REALLY Greg, we should support a state senator because of “witty” signs, SERIOUSLY. WTF?

The Psychosis is so elevated that he’s come to debate his imaginary friend “Donovan”.

I am SERIOUS when I say, I believe Greg Diamond could be a danger to himself and/or family and most particularly his fellow Democrats with whom he disagrees. Fran, TIME for security!

    • I thought some of the images he used in that piece about how women view “good guys” was sexist.

  2. I have begun to regard Mr. Diamond like a gadfly. He offers NOTHING positive to our party and despite his cry for inclusiveness, he is most polarizing.

I see a change a foot, where even those who have tolerated his abhorant behavior (SQS comes to mind) are souring on his decisive (often WRONG) my way or the highway attitude.

The shame here, as I counseled my 13 year old nephew, is just change 10% and you’ll get back 30%. PLUS IT’S EXPODENTIAL.
I am not asking Diamond to do a 180. Dude just lighten up. You are not as bad as you make yourself out to be.

If Greg needs to “Be Right” always, he should try Jepordy! Just Try to get along. FOR FUCKS SAKE GREG, You and your type nearly cost us the primary.

I promise I’ll be MUCH nicer in person moving forward. You try too. Deal?

    • Really, the guy who throws out insults and lies at anyone he dislikes and demands retractions for any perceived insult? Greg was wrong about the pending Democratic Congressional race shutouts. I don’t think ANY of his endorsed candidates won with the exception of a few statewide races. He insults DPOC party leadership regularly on his blog, so I don’t know how anyone on the e-board can stand him while he’s at meetings.
