The OCVMP Foundation’s Bill Cook is spending lots of time on social media these days for the Yes on Measure B side; but video has surfaced of Cook giving a ringing endorsement of the best site for the Veteran’s Cemetery and Memorial — the ARDA site off Portola Parkway.
Gosh, after watching that, you have to ask yourself why Bill has gone so far off the rails.
