Jesus Silva, the husband of AD-65 candidate Sharon Quirk-Silva and one of the most liked figures in OC political circles, has announced he’s a candidate for Fullerton City Council.
Here’s what he posted on Facebook Thursday:
“I will be running for Fullerton City Council. Looking forward to being out in the community and hearing from all of you. More information will follow regarding Campaign Kick-Off and ways to contribute. I look forward to serving #ourcommunity.”
Silva is a Junior High Math Teacher in Fullerton and an advocate for teachers there. He’s smart, charming, strong, and dedicated to Democratic values. And he’d be an asset to the Fullerton City Council. And, if elected, would certainly have the ear of the front-runner for AD-65, his wife, Sharon. One of OC’s top political power couples would be stronger with his election.
