April 26, 2016 – Today, on the heels of the first U.S Senate debate, Councilman Paul Koretz endorsed Loretta Sanchez for U.S. Senate. Mr. Koretz, who represents diverse communities in the Westside of Los Angeles and parts of the San Fernando Valley, cites Loretta’s long-standing support for Israel and the Jewish community as reason for his backing.
“I have known Loretta for many years and seen her work tirelessly in Congress on National Security issues that are crucial for Americans. As a Jewish-American whose father escaped Nazi Germany, I firmly believe we need a Senator that understands the intricacies of the Middle East,” said Councilman Koretz. “Loretta has been a strong ally of the Jewish community in California and I’m proud to support her candidacy for the United States Senate; I encourage others to also support her.”
In her 20 years in Congress, Rep. Sanchez has been an ardent defender of Israel’s right to self-defense and Israelis’ rights to safety, prosperity and peace. She has spoken out and taken legislative action against individuals, groups and movements which attempt to delegitimize Israel as a state.
“I have a daughter and two grandchildren who live in Tel Aviv so the safety of Israel is personal for me,” said Rep. Sanchez. “In my 20 years in Congress, I have developed many strong relationships with Israeli leaders and community members. I will continue to defend Israel’s right to self-defense and its rights to safety, prosperity and peace.

The debate Monday night included 5 candidates and EXCLUDED 29 candidates including a Liberatarian candidate who could represent the 3rd largest party and the ONLY major party growing in California. Dems and Reps lost registered voters in 2015 in CA while the L9bertarian party grew. Kamala Harris is going to be anointed as she accepted FAR MORE SPECIAL INTEREST contributions putting her millions of dollars ahead of ALL other candidates. Libertarians are socially tolerant and fiscally conservative. We are anti war and would bring those wasted middle east tax expenditures home to support our schools, job creation and infrastructure. No more D’s and R’s Vote Libertarian on June 7th for U.S. Senate. http://www.VoteHerd2016.com
The debate Monday night was rigged and closed to 29 candidates. The third largest party and fastest growing party, the Libertarian party, was excluded. The D’s and R’s lost registered voters in 2015 while the Libertarian party actually grew more than any party in CA. We have two candidates in this race but were stopped from participating. ON MONDAY May 15th there will be an ALL U.S. Senate Candidate debate in Monterey, CA. It takes place at 777 Pearl St. Monterey, CA at 2p.m. Call 310-877-8664 for more information.
