Oh Henry, the other Henry Gattis commenting isn’t Dr. Lomeli who always posts here under his name. I find it interesting when I speak with elected officials in Santa Ana or members of city staff who read the blogs, they ask me “who is Henry Gattis?” I’ve said he’s a longtime city activist or so he says. No one has ever heard of you or knows who you are. But that said, Dr. Lomeli owns property in Santa Ana and runs a business from the city. What he says matters. What you say doesn’t.

The individual(s) who wrote this can most certainly blame a poor education system or themselves for being uninformed. Many citizens of that era were prevented from owning firearms.
Amongst them being slaves, freed blacks, and even colonials who had now sworn allegiance to the Republic.
Many of the Founding Fathers did indeed know quite a bit about tyranny. They were many slave owners amongst them. It doesn’t get more tyrannical than that.
I love how everyday one can read conservatives claiming the government is inept, incompetent, inefficient or any combination of the three. Yet that same government is going to execute the enslavement and seizure of all weapons with the precision of a Swiss chronometer.
This type of doom and gloom rhetoric is nothing new. It’s been around since I can remember back in the JFK days.
Did you guys like Pedroza’s grab for attention. Putting up signs all over town that his dog was lost so he could blame it on others? Such a cry for attention. Can I put up signs of him all over town to say someone lost their pig? Is it true he’ll appear in the Muir Elementary production of Austin Powers. Art will play Fat Bastard.
