

Jamison Power, an attorney and Orange Public Library Foundation Board member, has announced his campaign for a seat on the Westminster School District Board of Trustees. Jamison is currently a practicing attorney with the Newport Beach law firm Hewitt Wolensky LLP. He served as a legislative aide for former Assemblyman Rudy Bermudez from 2003-2005.
Jamison Power graduated summa cum laude from UCI Irvine with a B.A. in Political Science in 2003 and received his law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2008. He married his wife, My Lan, at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in Huntington Beach in September 2011.
In addition to his position on the Orange County Library Foundation, Jamison provides free legal assistance to low income families and has received two awards from the Orange County Bar Association for his service. Jamison has also been an active and long time member of the Orange County Young Democrats.
