Harry Sidhu is a very interesting man. Councilman Sidhu has decided to run (as we all knew he would) for OC Supervisor for the Fourth district. One small problem, he doesn’t yet live in the district. And if I have to hear about his huge and old effin house one more time I’m going to go puke outside in grass of my small 1920’s Anaheim bungalow.
If you remember, Sidhu ran against Mimi Walters in the Republican primary for a state senate seat and got trounced, garnering only 38% of the republican vote. Fresh from his beating at the hands of Mimi, Harry ran for re-election to the Anaheim City Council and was reelected. Not a year has passed from his re-election and this very devoted elected official is already looking to jump ship again. Whatever happened to elected officials that actually want to represent the public in the capacity that they were elected to?
It’s funny, the only thing Harry Sidhu has done for Anaheim since his re-election is give his developer buddies who suffered huge losses in the economic downtown a nice big fat “economic incentive” for building 4 and 5 star hotels.

But hey! At least he fulfilled that campaign promise!
Good luck Harry Sidhu! Not that it’ll do you any good. Don’t let the door of your huge house hit you on the ass on the way out of your lackluster political career, because as I’m sure you’ll find out when your Anaheim Councilmember term is up, that unlike the sprawling grounds of your estate, your political career has no room for growth.
Great post Steve.
