The Patriot Act defines Domestic Terrorism as:
(5) the term “domestic terrorism†means activities that—
     (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
     (B) appear to be intended—
         (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
         (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
         (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
     (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.Â
To “engage in terrorist activity” is defined as committing, inciting to commit or planning and preparing to undertake an act of terrorism.
H/T Daily Kos:
Based upon the preponderance of evidence it should be clear to all that Bill O’Reilly is a domestic terrorist and Fox News Corp provides aid and support to a “terrorist.” It is clear the O’Reilly’s statements are designed to inflame outrage to achieve the public convction and execution of a man he named “Tiller. The Baby Killer.” O’Reilly belongs in jail as an accessory to murder. At a minimum, he should no longer be allowed to incite violence over the air waves.
The genocide of Rwanda was spun into a frenzy of killing as the Hutus openly urged the rape and slaughter of Tutsi’s over the radio waves. The comments that Bill O’Reilly and the rest of the croud over at the Family Research Council make it clear that we are dead in the middle of the Christian Taliban Terrorist Cell.
In an interview on MSNBC, Family Research Council spokesperson Cathy Ruse spoke her true opinion on the murder of George Tiller “Dr. Killer…eh, Dr. Tiller, excuse me†Here is that clip.
The assassination of George Tiller in his church, in front of his wife, is a cruel act of violence. One which Randall Terry of Operation Rescue seems to relish in. Terry is quoted as saying “Tiller reaped what he sowed.”
The efforts of John Moorlach and the current Orange County Board of Supervisors to prevent Planned Parenthood from receiving funding for vital healthcare programs for young women doesn’t really look so bad in comparison. All the Board is targeting at this point is funding for clinic services. I just hope that nothing more sinister lurks in the shadows as a result of the rhetoric.
