If you can make it to OCYD this Thursday, please do. They’ll have a very special guest who knows a thing or two about the state’s current fiscal crisis. But don’t worry, there’ll be lighter moments, too. 😉

Young Democrats Meeting With Controller John Chiang
We invite you to attend our next Orange County Young Democrats meeting on Thursday, March 12th at 7:00 PM at Bistro 400 located at 400 W. 4th Street, Santa Ana CA, 92701. We will be making nominations for the OCYD executive board.

State Controller John Chiang will be the special guest speaker for our Orange County Young Democrats meeting.

We will also feature Dave Phelps and Alissa Ko, candidates for president of the California Young Democrats. They will both be seeking our endorsement. Our meeting will be followed by Drinking Liberally at Memphis.

And we will be collecting donations for the Orange County Young Democrats Clothing Drive.

  1. liberal oc, our organization “Change Candidate Wanted For California” is searching for a candidate, a fresh principled leader for the democratic primary for Governor.

    We have been following John Chiang with interest throughout the budget fiasco and would like know if he is seriously considering a run.

    i will post your meeting to our members. hopefully a few of us can attend and ask him ourselves. if not, would you inquire and post his answers?
