Well the Show Me State has finally come in and Senator John McCain wins the last state and 11 electoral votes in the 2008 presidential election. The final tally is Obama with 365 and McCain with 173. If President Bush’s merger win over John Kerry was a mandate, what would you call this election? It’s a landslide; not a Reagan or Nixon landslide, but a landslide nonetheless.
Over in Minnesota, Al Franken continues to close the gap. On election night, Norm Coleman was up by 750 (or so) votes. On the second day of the recount, with 18 percent of the vote in, Franken has narrowed that gap to 158. Coleman is also challening more votes than Franken is.Â
Again, I’d love to see Al Franken win just to watch Bill O’Reilly’s head explode when he says the magic words, “Senator Al Franken.”

and Al keeps inching up, it was down to double digits as of yesterday!
