CA-42: Ed Chau Wins CA Teachers’ Endorsement!

This just in from the Ed Chau for Congress campaign! The California Teachers’ Association is endorsing Ed Chau. Wow, it looks like Ed’s campaign is really coming along.

Check out what I was just told:

*Ed Chau Endorsed by the California Teachers Association*

*Ed Chau: A proven leader on Education Issues*

ROWLAND HEIGHTS, California- The Ed Chau for U.S. Congress campaign proudly announces its endorsement by the California Teachers Association.

Ed Chau has been elected to the Montebello School Board 3 times, the first two times as the highest vote-getter. He has served twice as Board President. As a trustee, he makes sure that the District manages its
resources carefully while addressing the needs of students, teaches and staff. For these reasons, Ed Chau aggressively sought the support of California’s largest professional employee organization.

With more than 340,000 members including public school teachers, counselors, psychologists, librarians, and other personnel, the CTA’s endorsement means Ed Chaus campaign is strongly positioned to win the Democratic Primary and best positioned to take on incumbent Republican Congressman Gary Miller this November.

.

David A. Sanchez, President of the CTA, said that the CTAs State
Council of Education overwhelmingly concurred in [the campaigns] candidacy
recommendation.

*Ed Chau is a highly qualified Democratic candidate for Congress who
will fight for ethics and integrity in the U.S. Congress. For more

  1. Wow, good for Ed. A few months ago I thought Ron had it in the bag, but then he went quiet for a few months. Now Ed is really on a roll. He seems to have the money and the endorsements.

  2. I am glad to see more on the other candidates in the 42nd but one has to wonder about the third candidate. He has a great ballot designation as a cop but I haven’t seen him anywhere. Has anyone met him? Maybe he just wanted to see his name on the ballot.
