The opinion is online here. And for those who think Cook got a sympathetic judge, the three Appellate judges on the case were all appointed to the COA by Republican governors: Sills and Rylaarsdam were appointed by Deukmejian, and Ikola was appointed by Wilson.
A special thanks to Mark Rosen and Fred Woocher the attorneys on the case. It seems that everytime Schroeder does anything he loses. Suit against Loretta Sanchez lost, Suit against Janet Nguyen, lost, Suit against Debbie Cook, lost. Is Schroeder just a woman hater or just a loser?
Way to Go Debbie Cook from the Fighting 46th CD!
Keep slaying those dragons. Yeah!!!!!!!!!
Rest assured that Schroeder will trump another reason to get Debbie under oath.
