Well, are you? And are you happy with those 91 Express Lanes? I guess we’ll find out today, when OCTA meets to discuss the results of the recent customer satisfaction survey on the 91 Express Lanes. OK, so what else will be discussed?
Well, OCTA will also be deciding how to use the $40.9 million leftover in Measure M funds. Also, they’re set to approve a cooperative agreement between OCTA and the city of Anaheim for plans to develop the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center… You know, that station where we’ll be able to catch all those high-speed trains to San Francisco and Sacramento and Las Vegas some time in the future. Oh yes, and there will also be an update on the 5 Freeway widening project. And finally, OCTA is set to award a $400,000 construction contract for Americans with Disabilities Act improvements at bus stops throughout the county. So how does this all sound to you?
What do you think about the state of transportation in Orange County? Do you think we’re doing a good job of maintaining our roads and freeways? Are we spending too much on roads and freeways? Are we doing enough on the mass transit end? Oh yes, and are you happy with those 91 Express Lanes, along with the 73, the 241, and all our toll roads?
I want to hear what you have to say about the state of transportation in OC. Are you moving along well? Or are we not solving our traffic woes?
Go ahead. Make my day. Fire away! 🙂
I move till I hit the L.A. County line. I wish I could take metrolink. I can get on it in OC but I dont know how to get around when I get off the train.
