How much is Andy Quach’s endorsement worth, really?

My Republican roommate received a mailer from the Mark Rosen for Orange County Supervisor campaign this last week that quoted Van Tran puppet and Westminster City Councilman Andy Quach, and touted that Quach was a supporter of Rosen’s race for the 1st District seat:

When I saw this mailer, I thought it was interesting that Quach wasn’t supporting Trung Nguyen. I mean, after all, Quach supported Nguyen in his race for the Garden Grove School District. And the 7-pack of Vietnamese Republicans have stood pretty strong together and help build a bloc of voters that would come out and help them all get elected.

So why did Andy stray?

Well, as it turns out, I remember that Nguyen’s first mailer for his sup. race was a letter that publicized his support of the big Vietnamese Republican electeds. I pulled it out, and guess whose signature is on the letter?  Andy Quach’s.

So Andy Quach supports both Rosen and Nguyen? Or is someone being untruthful?
