Vietnamese Alliance to Combat Trafficking

The Vietnamese Alliance to Combat Trafficking (VietnACT) is a grassroots organization dedicated to eradicating human trafficking of Vietnamese victims through collaboration, advocacy, and education, for the purpose of supporting, protecting and empowering victims.

On December 9, this Saturday, a collaboration of passionate and motivated individuals and organizations including the VietACT will organize an evening of awareness.

The theme for the evening of awareness is “Be Not Afraid, Be the Change.” The event aims to create a forum where several hundred people from all walks of life can come together and be educated about human rights and then unite together in taking action against violations of human rights. Human Rights Night 2006 is a good way for you and your loved ones to make a strong statement of support of efforts to stop human rights violations.
