Detractors, including left-leaning X users and media watchdogs, point to his past as a Bush-era operative (involved in controversies like the U.S. Attorneys scandal) while he now slams Democratic “weaponization” of justice.
There’s been chatter that Jennings will run for the US Senate in Kentucky when Mitch McConnell retires in 2026. Now that CBS News is under the control of the Coservative Daily Press founder Bari Weiss, the rumor mill says Weiss wants to steal Jennings away from CNN as she remarks CBS into a “more like Fox News approach.
This event will be the first time OC GOP chair Will O’Neill will have to face senior OC GOP members about the train wreck Prop 50 was.
