Remember where you were 23 years ago today?  I was in Atlanta at a trade show at the Convention Center.  As we walked in, we saw the second Jet hit the World Trade Center and realized the US was under attack.  People started to panic, wondering if the CNN Center near us would be a target.  Of course it wasn’t.

The show was a disaster as companies hired buses to get their people out (no flights); rental cars were gone.  Our team stayed in the Hotel for a week trying to work remotely.  Only one restaurant was open.

Every year on this day, I have a phone call with a colleague I was with that day.  And every year, a new detail emerges that I didn’t know or he didn’t.

Today was no different.

Remember those we lost. And remember how we rose again.
