Ceci Truman, a Republican, has launched a campaign to challenge Rep. Lou Correa in CA-46 and there’s scant information about her except to two obvious details.
- She’s the winner of the Kimberly Guilfoyle lookalike contest, and…
- Her idea of what’s good for CA-46, California and the USA is just as bad.
From her website which has precious little information, here is her platform:
School Choice For All: Let the tax dollars follow the child to their school of choice. I will fight so that there is not a monopoly on which school your child attends!
Stop Critical Race Theory and The Sexualization Our Children! I am a wife and a mom on a mission, fighting against the vile and graphic material our children are being exposed to! I will fight against the indoctrination of CRT in our schools! We must put an end to this race devision (sic) and marxist (sic) ideologies!
We Need Order At The Border! We are currently witnessing atrocious policies being implemented at our southern borders. As a result an invasion (not a migration) is taking place of unvetted, illegal aliens. In addition, the current administration wants to reward those coming with unprecedented priveleges (sic) and benefits. This must end immediately!
I’m sure her entire platform will go over very well in the most Latino district west of the Mississippi (snark alert) but it seems like the OC Congressional delegation is really attracting serious nutjobs on the Republican side for Congress. Just look at Amy Phan West and Nick Taurus who are vying to challenge Katie Porter in CA-45. Taurus is leading some sort of Town Hall on the OC GOP Saturday December 11 in Irvine — with guest speakers — and I’m sure the OC GOP boss Fred Whitaker will want Nick’s advice on how to win.
And Phan West isn’t much better.
Getting back to Ceci Truman, I’m not so sure “the best of yet to come.” I wonder if her husband looks like Don Jr.

And has raised $35 for her campaign. Perhaps she should buy a spellcheck program for her website
No mention of the progressive challenger in CA-46, Mike Ortega?
Not a credible candidate; CA46 is Democratic but not progressive as AOC’s in NY. Better fundraising than Ceci but $8K ain’t gonna do it. Lou is beloved in Anaheim and Santa Ana. plus Ortega has aligned with the losers at the OJ blog; five time DUI publisher and an ME who has been removed from local party twice and state part twice. Go back to Jersey or run for Anaheim city council.
Speaking of OJB. Vern has gone silent. Maybe he re-enlisted at the Salvation Army after his stunt last week. Will these clowns ever learn?

I got Vern and Donna’s Christmas Card along with the “open letter”. I would imagine wanna be candidates like Mike Ortega and Pete Hardin will begin to distance themselves from the OJB.
If Katrina Foley does NOT address her relationship with the Nelson’s after Verns song. She won’t survive a PTA election.
Hardin has already distanced himself from that blog; have they had any new posts lately?
