COSTA MESA – Continuing Dr. Hans Keirstead’s consolidation of support among elected Democrats, today, Lorraine Prinsky Ph.D., Coast Community College Trustee, announced her endorsement of Dr. Hans Keirstead for Congress.
“Many of our students face insurmountable amounts of debt when graduating from college, only to find the job market is less than friendly. As a university professor, it is important to me that our U.S. Representative understands that the right to a quality education should be afforded to all students, regardless of socioeconomic status and that education is necessary to prepare them for a 21st Century economy,” said Coast Community College Trustee, Lorraine Prisnky.
“Hans has been a committed leader focused on creating opportunity for our students, both with his time as a UCI Professor, and as a pioneering biotech entrepreneur. He understands the struggles that students and their families face, and I know in Congress he will stand up for them,” said Prisnky.
This latest endorsement adds to the overwhelming support from Democratic Party elected officials and organizations for Hans Keirstead for Congress.
Hans is the only candidate in the race with endorsements from members of Congress and his campaign is anchored by activist and party leader support including:

Hans Keirstead announced his run for Congress on June 15th and with just two weeks remaining in the fundraising quarter he out-raised the entire primary field. He has led the primary field in fundraising every quarter since he announced — with 80% of his grassroots support coming from individuals giving under $100.
Hans’ campaign for Congress has been featured in national and local news outlets including CNN, The New York Times, Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times.
