1. Just a correction. The Arab American Democrats of California was one of the major organizers of the march.

2. Was this a demonstration for the innocent victims in Ferguson Mo or for a thug who got killed attacking a policeman? To help ease the suffering of the victims in Ferguson who are being terrorized, we should not only take President Obama’s advise to respect the decision of the Grand Jury but also and most importantly respect the FACTS that were presented. Is it a fact that Brown was not shot in the back – he was not shot in the top of his head while he was on his knees with his hands in the air – correct? How do we know these are “facts”? The are from sworn testimony from people who claimed to be eye witnesses? Are those two claims true?

3. In the next few minutes AG Eric Holder will be speaking about “Ferguson” he will be announcing that he will be filing civil rights charges againt officer Willson for killing Michael Brown. Because the Justice Dept has had more time to investigate the shooting, it has all the same evidence as the Grand Jury and more. It had and has unlimited resources to gather credible evidence that Brown had his civil rights violated and it’s going to charge Wilson — right? People are being hurt and lots of people are suffering without “peace” as in “no justice no peace” so to put an end to the suffering of the Brown family as well as the nation tonight he will be announcing charges.

Wow – so not a single Liberal on this blog is willing to shut me up and say that based on the evidence that was reviewed by the Grand Jury that Michael Brown was shot with his hands up while trying to surrender? I will assume that Liberals do not want to discuss the facts about the case, only the myth of the gentle giant gunned down by a racist cop – the myth that you are promoting is causing harm to our nation and to people — poor people of color. But hey its okay to keep minorities upset and in pain because that might make people of color turn out in the next elections so its best to just roll with perpetuating a BIG FAT LIE.

     According to a PBS Newshour analysis of witness testimony, more than 50 percent of the witness statements said that Brown held his hands up when Wilson shot him, some 16 of 29 statements. Still, a solid 13 could not confirm that Brown made such a gesture.

   Most of those who said his hands were up where also stating lies – for example – “I saw him in the middle of the street on his knees with hands up,” one witness said. The “officer came up to him and shot him in his head and he fell.” Is that a true statement? No its not – his thug friend was convicted of filing a false police report – should we believe him? Those who backed up what happened – who also were black did not have any inconsistences with the physical evidence – IE they were not liars. How and why did 6 black witnesses support Wilson’s version ??? Where they all Uncle Toms? Self hating blacks? Bribed? What possible motivation could they have for saying Brown charged Wilson? I know the motivation of his thug friend witness. Let’s give Brown’s father (step) who raised him, the benefit of the doubt that in a moment of anger he told people to burn down his neighbor’s homes and business. His thug son, in a moment of anger beat a cop and was pissed at having been shot and charged him… in a moment of anger. Why is that so hard to believe? Even Spike Lee commented last night that Ferguson – Unlike NY was a case of “he said / she said” so why do you support the proven liars version of the events? AND WHY isn’t Eric Holder filing charges?

     if you’ll invoke Spike Lee’s comment as “he said/she said” then even you musty agree evidence in the Brown case wasn’t conclusive; how about the case in NYC which was filmed? Conclusive enough for you?

6. “even you musty agree evidence in the Brown case wasn’t conclusive” No the evidence was conclusive – those who said Big Mike had his hands in the air and was trying to surrender were lying – because their statements contradicted the physical evidence – is there ANY part of the physical evidence in dispute? any “if the glove don’t fit” items? Blood trial, bullet in the cop car etc.. I will walk you through a police take down and how it works relating to the NY case IF you can explain or try to give a reason why 6 black people testified that Brown charged the officer?

7. I am not surprised you won’t answer the question – the 6 black witnesses who say that Brown charged him did so because it was the truth. It is just totally shameful that you do not understand or care about the damage you are doing to Justice and our country by perpetrating a lie that a black teenager was randomly stopped and executed on the street while trying to surrender. Oh yeah thanks to liberals I know we have a rape crisis in our colleges because Lena Dunham was raped by a serial rapists Berry the College Republican –

   • I’m just getting to your comment now. Yes there were six black witnesses who say brown charged him and there are three autopsies that suggest he was trying to raise his hands. There are also several witnesses who contradict the testimony accepted by the grand jury…

     Were six shots necessary? Would one in the thigh do the job without killing him.

     • I submit the possibility that Brown had his hands up – no higher than the level of his head – in a crazed and futile attempt to protect himself from bullets (people do that who know they are going to be shot) as he was simultaneously bull-charging the officer.

       I will submit further that many in the minority community are feed-up with being held in societies War on Poverty plantation and don’t see any way out – so they lash out.

Why don’t you tell me about the motives of the 6 black people for confirming Wilson’s statement – all Uncle Toms? It does not matter if there was contradictory testimony if it is known to be false.

Would one in the thigh do the job without killing him.” You must have watched the Lone Ranger quite a bit – I doubt if you ever shot at a moving target let alone someone running at you. Hitting something moving “a thigh” is crazy impossible and is reserved for movies. It appears that the cops in NY or the Emergency workers did not tend to Garner in time or notice that he was he was going into cardiac arrest very bad. The fact is he was not choked out. He was not placed into a choke hold – I know. I have been choked out for years and have choked people unconscious and close to unconsciousness – he was in a head lock. Yes the forearm was on the neck but he was not being choked out. Despite my mastery of grappling – winning several grappling tournaments, I know I could not handcuff a 400 lbs man without taking him to the ground. I could not do a double leg take-down nor Judo flip – the only way to bring down someone that large – (it took six men to load him on the stretcher) was to do exactly what the cop did or to taster him. His second to last words were “do not touch me” “do not touch me” before that he told the officers that he was not going to be arrested. If you watch the video in slow motion you will see him pulling his arm out from behind breaking the cops grip and twice breaking a grip of the officer in front of him as he tried to hold his arms. I only weigh 180 lbs but I will bet you a $1,000 donation to the OC Dem Party that you and four of your friends could not handcuff me unless you took me to the ground. Here is the question – how do you place handcuffs on a 400 lbs man who refuses to let you hold his arms? Walk me through it – each person grabs an arm at the same time? How is it done?

Dan- So I am absolutely serious – you would be responsible for holding the fastest and most profitable fundraiser ever held for the OC Democrat party, You and three of your friends place handcuffs on me without taking me to the ground or grabbing me by the neck. We meet at a park of your choosing – sign wavers on liability – I abide by the Unified Rules of Combat Sports I.E. I won’t bite you, gouge you eyes or kick you in the groin (something that isn’t afforded police when they try to place a suspect into handcuffs) We both bring $1,000 a third party holds the envelops – . If you can put handcuffs on me YOU win the money…. How hard can that be? I’m not 6’5″ 350lbs, that is more than twice my weight so you and three friends shouldn’t have a big problem in accomplishing the task, its four on one. How about I even guarantee I wouldn’t hit anyone in the head with a closed fist? Again – $1,000 for less than 5 min of work. You would have a full week to develop a strategy for putting handcuffs on me without grabbing me around the neck. How hard can that be??

    • I think you’re being overly dramatic. The Ferguson police office was the same height as Michael Brown and he had a weapon so I’m not buying the narrative he was some rag doll to Brown.

      And as far as your offer goes, we both know you value your anonymity far too much to actually go through with this contest. Stop wasting my time.
