Anaheim comes in at #28. Irvine checks in at #36, Fullerton is #48, Santa Ana and Orange at #93 and #94 respectively, with Costa Mesa checking in at #99.
Critera is housing, economics, healthcare, social and living capital, education amenities, demographics and infrastructure. As far as individual category scores go, Irvine was #3 in healthcare perhaps due to the city’s innovative iCHIP program that helps identify families of children eligible for free healthcare services from a variety of governmental sources.
