The Orange County Register’s Andrew Galvin writes that Orange County Second District Supervisor John Moorlach has decided that he will not be running for governor in 2014. Moorlach’s, announcement puts an end to his “listening tour” to determine the viability of a potential run.

The Orange County Employees Association released a press statement yesterday afternoon on behalf of the Costa Mesa City Employees Association. In effect, it announces somewhat of a truce, between CMCEA and the city, on the issue of outsourcing of jail services by the city of Costa Mesa.

If you were watching CNN yesterday, you may have caught an interview with Mitt and Ann Romney. In the interview they discussed Mitt’s failed campaign for President and whether he had any regrets. The biggest thing that came to mind was of course his 47% comments he made at a fundraiser dinner.
