Rep. Paul Ryan, Chairman of the House Budget Committee has released his budget proposal. As expected , Paulie still has some granny issues.
New York, NY: Today, The Agenda Project Action Fund released A NEW VIDEO – Paul Ryan Has Granny Issues – in response to the congressman’s latest budget proposal. Paul Ryan Has Granny Issues reminds Americans that Ryan’s plan would end Medicare as we know it and would throw America’s grannies off the cliff.
Erica Payne, Producer of the VIDEO and President of The Agenda Project Action Fund says:
“Some people have daddy issues, Paul Ryan seems to have Granny issues. Rather than giving elderly Americans coupons for coverage and pretending he’s doing good, he should just come clean and admit that he doesn’t believe we have a shared responsibility to care for our elderly. Medicare – and the respect we have for our elders – is part of what makes America beautiful. Paul Ryan disrespects his elders and breaks a sacred covenant we have with each other in order to score points with the most extreme elements of the Republican Party.”
Payne further elaborated: “If Paul Ryan really wanted to take care of elderly Americans, he would require doctors to take Medicare as part of their licensing procedure.”
