I’ve had a few phone calls with Bob Rush over the past few months. I’ve come away impressed that he’s running a campaign to win a seat in the California State Assembly simply because he has better ideas than his opponent Allan Mansoor. After coming in second in the primary in June for AD-74, Rush reached out to Mansoor and told him he was not going negative. And a remarkable thing happened for a candidate…Rush kept his word. Though there is a considerable amount of mud that can be thrown at Mansoor.
And because candidate’s like Bob Rush come along as often as a Full Moon on Halloween, its important to get out the vote to send Rush to Sacramento.
Here’s a press release from the Rush campaign:
In this election, amidst the clatter of commentary, the average person has to carefully examine who to vote for. Some votes are easy to cast and some aren’t. One race, in particular, should be looked at a bit more closely. This would be the 74th Assembly District Race between Robert “Bob” Rush and Allan Mansoor.
Few other state or local races have had the attention that the 74th Assembly Race has – and for good reason. It was one California’s most expensive and controversial races so far this year, with plenty of twists and turns.
After everything is said and done ….
The reason to vote Robert “Bob” Rush For 74th Assembly District is made perfectly and simply in the article below, published in The Daily Pilot yesterday, Thursday Nov 1st.

Bob Rush – socially liberal and fiscally conservative! He has my vote and I’m a lifelong Republican! If Mansoor is so afraid to debate him (he claims scheduling conflicts…), how is Mansoor going to handle the sharks in Sacramento? The Geoff West article was dead on.
