A Once in a Lifetime Event

The SpaceShuttle Endeavor has arrived in Southern California and as luck would have it, a business meeting placed me downtown at 10:30AM.  At the end of the meeting, I was invited to the rooftop of the Los Angeles Times to view the shuttle’s arrival.

NASA is a federal program that both parties can be proud of.  The innovations of science spawned by the efforts of NASA and a host of technology companies who developed systems and products for space travel have been a key part of the Southern California and US economy for years.  While this flight was the last for Endeavor, I certainly hope America’s next adventure in space reveals new wonders in the years to come.

  1. I wouldn’t say Obama has killed the space program at all. My clients were thrilled to participate in this one in a lifetime event. My thanks to Tech Editor Peter Pae for the invite.
