Romney’s Choice: Paul Ryan

I’ll probably have more to say later about Mitt Romney’s choice of House Budget Chair Paul Ryan as his Vice Presidential nominee, but I’ll start off with this.

Mitt Romney’s choice of Paul Ryan for Vice President inexorably links Romney to Ryan’s extremist plan to raise taxes on middle class Americans, while providing tax cuts to the very wealthy. The choice demonstrates Romney’s commitment to end Medicare as we know it. Ryan’s plan will harm millions of seniors, leaving them without access to affordable health care. At least now millions of seniors will know for certain who the Real Mitt Romney is.

President Barack Obama’s campaign has already named the new GOP ticket the America’s Go Back Team.

Mitt Romney has chosen House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan as his running mate. See what a Romney-Ryan administration would mean for Americans, and how this severely conservative team would take us back to the failed policies of the past.

    • The senior citizens of the State of Florida aren’t going to take too kindly to that “truth.”

  1. What’s remarkable to me is that there are Republicans who think this is a good choice. It’s a good choice in the same sense that Palin was a good choice 4 years ago — good for the Democrats.
