I know it’s early, hell the filing period hasn’t even closed yet, but Costa Mesa Planning Commissioner and City Council candidate Colin McCarthy is starting to show his sensitive side. He complained in a tweet about a bumper sticker being handed out at the Orange County Fair by his political opponents.
Colin whines:
“The union haters are out early this year, passing out this garbage at the Orange County Fair.”
If this bothers the little guy, I can only imagine his distress when campaign mail starts dropping. Maybe he should reconsider leaving the safety of his nest and tweet from there. The Big, Bad, World of politics may be too much for him to face.
Here in Costa Mesa we call him “Colon,” because much of what he exudes is, well, solid waste.. As one of Righeimer’s favored bootlickers, McCarthy spews OCGOP propaganda at every opportunity. He is not qualified for public office.
As Mr. Dooley said, “Politics ain’t beanbag.” Biggest putz in town. And in Costa Mesa, that’s saying a lot. And I am unanimous in that.
I’m not a hater. I’m a lover and I love Costa Mesa. This means Mesinger, Monahan and McCarthy will not get my vote.
