Over the last few days, Mitt Romney has refused to tell the American people where he stands on critical issues ranging from the DREAM Act to job creation, taxes and deficit reduction. It’s clear that Romney either fundamentally misunderstands these policy issues or lacks the political courage to tell the American people what he’d do if elected.
