ANAHEIM – Orange County Clerk-Recorder (and former Anaheim Mayor) Tom Daly announced today that he has been endorsed by the Anaheim Police Officers Political Action Committee, the Orange County Coalition of Police & Sheriffs (O.C. “Local law enforcement has always had a friend in Tom Daly,” said Kerry Condon, Chairman of both the Anaheim Police Officers Association Political Action Committee and the Orange County Coalition of Police & Sheriffs (O.C Cops).   “He knows that the first priority of government is to help keep our community safe from crime.”

“I am excited and honored to have the support of these three very important law enforcement organizations,” said Daly.  “I look forward to working with them in the State Legislature to make sure they have the important resources they need and deserve to continue the great job they do every day in and day out, keeping our community safe.”

Daly has served as Orange County’s Clerk-Recorder since 2002.  He previously served as the Directly elected Mayor of Anaheim for ten years.  The 69th State Assembly District includes portions of the cities of Garden Grove, Anaheim, Orange, and Santa Ana.
