Loretta Sanchez will take a turn before Chris Matthews on Hardball tonight on MSNBC. She’ll be talking about issues of particular interest to Californians — a decision by Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, and other big health insurers’ decision to stop selling policies to children rather than comply with the new health care law that bars them from denying coverage to kids with preexisting conditions.
