We’re getting lots of readers from the link we picked up from a Drudge Report posting here. And many of them are conservatives who are railing against a perceivede double-standard of the left calling former President George W. Bush “Hitler.”
Margaret Cho, a Korean-American comedianne, once said “Bush isn’t Hitler. But he could be if he applied himself.” But unlike Steven Choi, Margaret Cho isn’t an elected official. The closest I can come to an elected official referring to the former President or Vice President in a way that comes close to what Choi did is Florida Congressman Alan Grayson who said he had trouble listening to former VP Dick Cheney because of the blood dripping from his teeth.
With that, I’d like to ask our new conservative readers to provide specific examples of elected Democratics who have called Bush “Hitler” or “Stalin” or anything. Please cite a specific example and we’ll post it here.
Here’s another challenge: In September, at the President’s State of the Union Address, Congressman Joe Wilson shouted “Liar!” Can anyone name a Democratic member of Congress who has ever disrespected a Republican President during the State of the Union address or any other Republican Presidential appearance?
Perhaps, but this president’s lies are so well documented…

Oops, and with all due respect, you flunked the quiz. Apart from the fact that no president controls the C-SPAN schedule, this is completely irrelevant to the post.
Isn’t it funny, Dan, how none of Drudge’s pals have been able to answer your question? Or mine?
