The former first daughter is set to tie the knot with a New York investment banker who’s the son of two former Congressional representatives. Read about it here.  Miss Clinton is engaged to be married to investment banker Marc Mezvinsky, the son of a former congressman from Iowa and congresswoman from Pennsylvania.  The two were friends as teenagers and studied together at Stanford University. They live in New York.
Chelsea Clinton was savaged by conservatives during her father’s two terms as president; Rush Limbuagh posted a photo of her up during an episode of his failed TV series after quipping about a new pet dog at the White House. Senator John McCain claimed that Janet Reno was Chelsea’s father in a joke only conservatives found funny. She was remarkable poised and eloquent during her mother’s presidential bid in 2008 and, unlike the Bush twins, never was arrested for using a fake ID in a bar.
