Sanchez comes through with $13 million in federal funds

Anaheim and Santa Ana, which jointly administer the county’s Urban Areas Security Initiative, will get $12.8 million in homeland security funds to develop and implement anti-terrorism strategies, Rep. Loretta Sanchez, D-Garden Grove, announced today.

  1. Santa Ana’s Chief of Police Paul Walters and his bumbling keystone kops couldn’t catch illiterate gangbangers and don’t have the slightest clue how to implement anti-gang strategies, yet he’s been entrusted with keeping Orange County safe from terrorist.
