A Steve Jones campaign volunteer was seen doing a literature drop in Garden Grove. That’s not unusual. What is unusual is that the literature was being thrown out of his car window while driving by homes on 9th Street and elsewhere in central Garden Grove.
I think the volunteer took the too LITERALLY! I wonder if Jones will be cited for littering?
