Couples CakeOn Tuesday morning at the Old Orange County Courthouse in Downtown Santa Ana, Orange County’s first gay couples will be issued marriage licenses. Please plan to attend and show your support for these couples who have waited so long for a right that many take for granted. 1. I have a few questions ! I am a parent of 2 and wondering what is the benifit of this to most of the US. How do you think it will effect the future ?What if all were gay do you think mankind would exist ?What are the majority of gays religion ? What does your church and or bible say about this .

Garrett: I could argue there are benefits to non-gays, but that’s not particularly important. The general public didn’t directly benefit by the Supreme Court decision that legalized interracial marriage. My great-grandfather didn’t directly benefit when my great-grandmother got the right to vote. But would you argue that these things shouldn’t have happened?

Is that a serious question? If my aunt had wheels she’d be a Volkswagen! But she doesn’t, and she isn’t. All people are NOT gay.

What are the majority of gays religion ?

Gay people are no different from anyone else. They’re members of all sorts of religions: Mormon, Catholic, Jewish, Protestant, Muslim, Buddhist, and nondenominational Christian.

What does your church and or bible say about this .

I’m proud to say my church has been fighting for Equal Marriage for decades and my own pastor officiated several marriages today and yesterday.
