I wasn’t shocked when Air America made the wise decision to suspend Randi Rhodes made some angry and inexcusable remarks regarding Senator Clinton and Geraldine Ferraro but it seems that they won’t be bringing her back at all or it could be that Randi has no desire to return to the Station, the details are unclear.
If you visit her page on Air America as of 9:07 am there is nothing there about her leaving the network but according to other sources, Randi is indeed on her way out.
Last week Air America suspended Randi Rhodes for abusive, obscene language at a recent public appearance in San Francisco which was sponsored by an Air America affiliate station.
Air America Media was informed last night by Ms. Rhodes that she has chosen to terminate her employment with the company. We wish her well and thank her for past services to Air America.

Personally ,I am glad Randi Rhodes has resigned from Air America. I never liked her show , I found her to be abrasive and I never trusted the information from her show. Last Tuesday, I phoned her show to complain about the hysterical nature her rants against Hillary were taking. I find Sam Seder’s show to be much more balanced and informative. Frankly, I think she was a bad representative for liberal radio.
belloni, she sure can rant and be abrasive for sure. she never shuts up and is almost like a barking dog at times but i would still marry her. she’s my kinda woman.
