1. Wow, those two are tight.

   How ridicules to compare Wright’s relationship to Obama with McCain’s and Hegee. Hegee said a few kooky things but what’s their connection other than a political endorsement?

   The folks who but together this video did some exhaustive research tracking down comments in print and on video. Where are the comments from McCain speaking about an intimate relationship with Heggee?

   Obama had an intimate relationship with Wright, intimate does not always mean sexual, they are as close as any two men can be. That’s the part that brings into question Obama’s judgment. It’s not what Wright says that’s offensive it’s what he believes in. Choosing someone to be your Spiritual guide and mentor is a big deal.

   Let’s not go down that argument again with how offensive Wright is. I’ll stick to the question – what in this video shows ANY relationship between Hegee and McCain other than a political endorsement?

   Your dumbo answer is that McCain should denounce Hegee’s views more forcefully. You’ll never man-up and answer the question about their relationship. Something’s aren’t always ‘apples to apples’ tit for tat.

2. Bob – the McCain campaign sought Hagee’s endorsement for more than a year. In securing and welcoming Hagee’s endorsement, McCain effectively embraces this pastor in the same way Obama would with Rev. Wright. If the ring wing continues to make an issue of Obama and Wright, we will make the same case with McCain and Hagee.

4. Bob – the difference is McCain sought Hagee’s endorsement even after Hagee wrote and said all the anti-Catholic stuff. Glad you don’t seem to have a problem with it
