Irvine Democracy Project Kicks Off Tuesday

Irvine is a wonderful City with many reasons to be proud. Great planning, excellent educational resources and extraordinary cultural diversity — not to mention our recognition as the Safest City in America for three years in a row.

To build on our reputation as a proud American city with strong democratic values, the City Council has initiated The Irvine Democracy Project: Vote 2008. If you believe, as I do, that every eligible voter should be registered to vote in Irvine…and that every voter should exercise their right to vote, not just in Irvine but in every City in America, please join us for the Kick-off of this important civic initiative.
