Well it’s been a couple days now, you would think that somewhere on the FLASHREPORT Jon Fleischman would make some mention of the troubles surrounding his former boss, Orange County Sheriff Mike Carona. There are numerous ways that he could cover this national story with Orange County roots in a supportive way.
But Jon will have none of that. In his normal lazy reporting style, Fleischman still refuses to cover the indictment of Sheriff Carona. His commentary today is just one more example.

Who else besides me is amused that Jonny is covering Nunez’s activities (that while shameful won’t be sending him to jail) and completely ignores Carona’s legal issues that more than likely will send him to jail.
If Nunez has done anything unethical, they he should pay the penatly that behavior calls for. If he did anything illegal, he should be charged with the crime. But compare with today’s “Sheriff Kickbacks” stories in the Times and Register, Nunez is chump change.
I wonder if Jon isn’t addressing the indictment for worry authorities will ask him what he knows about the Sheriff’s dealings. What’s the answer? I’ll plead the 5th.
As a Republican I am disgusted with the behavior of many of my fellow republicans with one of them being Jon Fleischman. Ever since I first noticed him 15 years ago he seemed to be a wanna be. I guess he made it pretty far but obviously only by hanging out with the most deceitful members of the Republican party. If I drank the Kool-aid and was a ass kisser like Jon where would I be now, hanging out with the Michael Schroeders of the world. No thank you. I am on the other end trying to save the Republican party from this hooligans.
