Time for School… And Florice Hoffman for Orange School Board!

Last night, I got this email from Florice Hoffman, a great advocate for our kids in Orange schools. In case you forgot, she’s running for school board in the Orange Unified School District (OUSD). We have a great opportunity here to fill this school board seat who actually knows a thing or four about making our schools work. Listen to what she has to say, and consider helping her win this race so she can be an advocate for the kids in Orange schools.

I want to work to bring OUSD students smaller class sizes, computers and updated facilities. I believe OUSD students and families deserve year round leadership from school trustees dedicated to improving education.

With over40 schools, OUSD must work to ensure parents and teachers are supporting students and creating a safe learning environment upon which our students can build a life. I know tomorrow’s doctors, nurses, firemen, architects, and business owners , as well as today’s coaches , parents and neighbors need our schools to be the best they can be.

I also know meaningful educational change requires sacrifice and leadership. I believe I have the leadership OUSD students and families deserve. As a parent, PTA volunteer, local business owner and attorney, my experience and education will guide my stewardship of the OUSD.

Your contribution of$100, or $50 or $25 to my campaign for OUSD will help me bring community based leadership to our students, our schools and our community.

So will you help Florice Hoffman make a difference in Orange schools? If you want to help, think about contributing whatever you can now. Students in OUSD will thank you for it later. 🙂

  1. What seat is she running for? The Trustee Area she lives in will not be up for relection for two years. Rocco’s seat that is being recalled is in the Santa Ana portion of OUSD, she lives in the Anahiem Hills area.

So when and where is she running?
