I read this article this morning in the Orange County Register.
“We are not going to let them sweep us under the rug,” said Patrick D. Kelly, principal officer of the union.
“We keep our word,” he added. “We expect other people to keep their word.”
This morning a judge ordered a settlement conference today between the OCTA union and the OCTA that will take place next month.
We should remember that there are quite a few people that rely on the OCTA and the bus system to get to work. I’d really like to see this resolved without a strike.
