This morning’s OC Register has a letter to the editor printed in it from Anaheim resident Robert R. Daoust. Daoust says that Measure M was a great idea that got lost in the bueracracy. My favorite line is “Has anyone forgotten about the $65 million spent just talking about the light rail.”
The truth hurts!
The majority of Measure M taxpayers have absolutely no say in how it is being spent, and the OCTA, whether through incompetence or deception, is not to be trusted to live up to its promises. The OCTA seems to be more about promoting itself than getting us to work and back in a timely manner, and the majority of Measure M taxpayers are getting an inequitable return on our investment.
